Are these numbers adjusted for the number of teams/number of games? Obviously, with 30 teams playing 162 games each, you cannot directly compare today to sixty years ago, when 16 teams played 154 games each. It would be easy to start with HR/team and SB/team and then adjust all pre-1962 numbers to have 162/154 = 1.052 times more home runs. --65.91.102.204 19:26, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
