This work was published as a volume of public records commissioned by "...Authority of the Corporation Under the Direction of the Records Committee" Cardiff Records. Being that it is the product of work commissioned by an Organization rather than an individual, and that its contents are the minutes of public meetings, can it not be assumed the volume and its contents are already in the public domain? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tchula65 (talk • contribs) 17:15, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
