This is not Sainte-Colombe[edit]
The title of this image is misleading. It is not a portrait of the French composer Sainte-Colombe, but apparently some well-intentioned editor on English Wikipedia uploaded this portrait of an unknown man to give an idea of what Sainte-Colombe might have looked like. It was picked up by several other Wikipedias. I have edited the description to reflect the facts and have removed the image from several Wikipedia articles. The origin of this image is obscure. The web link from which it was first obtained is now dead. — Alarob (talk) 16:32, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
