Nominator is a sock of Todd Schoolcraft, who is blocked indefinitely both on Wikipedia [1] and here User:SchoolcraftT. If you could read all the text it probably would be a derivative work, but Todd never did understand copyright. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 20:33, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

- This is a kiosk installed by the West Virginia Division of Highways on public right-of-way. Calling it an artwork by which it would be a derivative work of seems to be a definite stretch. Bitmapped (talk) 21:57, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
