This is clearly not a model of Puglia, it is in fact a Regina Margherita-class battleship. Note the forward pair of funnels (compare to this photo, for instance. Note the Regioni-class cruisers (of which Puglia was a member) did not carry guns in turrets like this ship, but in single mounts with gun shields (see this photo of Liguria).
