Accuracy of date & Creator[edit]
The date of the original manuscript was c.1180. But this MS was destroyed by fire in 1870.
This is an illustration made in 1818 by Christian Maurice Engelhardt which is said to be a copy. How accurate that copy is can not be established.
A copy of a work should not bear the original date & creator of the work it was copied from, but that of the actual creator & date of creation so the file has been misrepresented and misnamed.
