Issues[edit]

There is a problem with this image. The imae is, essentially what one mmay perhasp termed as fan art: a personal imagination about the appearance of a person by a modern private individual. It does not depict her as such, but rather an imagination or a fantasy about her. Fan art is of course allowed in Wikimedia commons. However, the way it is used is a problem. The image has been included in her infobox in wikidata. That means, that the image automatically appear as an illustration of her in every wikipedia language version where the infobox is used. This is a problem. Basic scientific standard would of course be that fan art of her is clearly stated to be just that. If not stated, it may be assumed to be "real", and that would be misinformation. This issue have been mentioned on Wikidata, but wikidata only one contributor participated in the discussion, and this contributer was not aware of the most basic scientific standard. This issue should be dealt with somehow. It is sad that this image - it is a beautiful fan art - is misused. Aciram (talk) 00:49, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
