Israel should definitely be green. I'm not sure if it should be light green or dark green, as the percentage of people of Slavic descent is close to 50%, with significant populations of mixed north-african/polish-russian ancestry. I'd paint it light green even if only to signify the immigrants from the former USSR of the last 3 decades, which are around 15% of the population.
