The File-Description has the correct licence on it as published in the magazine. I sent an e-mail to info syndikat.org for double permission. --Sargoth (talk) 16:10, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(Edit conflict) That's right, but you must admit this wasn't exactly obvious from the information you provided. I've added a link to this issue of the magazine so that others can see where the license comes from.
One thing is still bugging me though; there's no information about which version of cc-by applies, and the source doesn't provide an URL to the full license (despite this being a requirement of the license). So I'm a bit uncomfortable with claiming cc-by-1.0 applies. Maybe you know how to contact the author? –Tryphon 16:30, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
(Edit conflict)Maybe it's this Heiko Fähndrich. I sent a mail to syndikat.org with a permission-text on it, but it may be complicated because it's only the foto that is marked as cc-by, not the whole front cover (which I realised just two minutes ago + it's not cc-by-sa, which makes the case even more complicated), they should know. If not, we still can delete it. I used it to illustrate only one short sentence in dewiki, so there's no real need for it. --Sargoth (talk) 16:38, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
