I think it's worth having a discussion about the unencyclopedic nature of this photo.
The blurring here is quite bothersome and distracting. Furthermore, anyone searching for a photo of this couple will easily find many high quality examples on Google or other tabloid sites. I see no reason the pages for Ms. Hudgens or Mr. Efron should be weighed down by the poor quality of this shot.
