Strange! Person on the image is Elaine, teacher at Watchmaking Program at North Seattle Community College. On this image Elaine is testing a Chinese made Geneva pattern watchmaker's lathe. The image is taken off the web page and I very much doubt that whomever has placed it here has the ownership of the copyright to it.
