I actually think the non-gradient version works better. In articles, I'm always a little distracted by the gradient in the X, while the green check marks doesn't distract me. I suggest making the gradient in the X more subtle, decreasing the value of the center should be best. Althepal (talk) 19:07, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
