  • English: Signature on the tree-trunk support of the Borghese Gladiator: ΑΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΔΩΣΙΘΕΟΥ ΕΦΕΣΙΟΣ ΕΠΟΙΕΙ / Agasias Dositheou Ephesios epoiei (“Agasias, son of Dositheos, Ephesian, made [me]”). Pentelic marble, made in Greece or Asia Minor ca. 100 BC. Found before 1611 in Nettuno (ancient Antium), in the ruins of Nero's Villa.
  • Français : Signature sur le tronc-étai du Gladiateur Borghèse: ΑΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΔΩΣΙΘΕΟΥ ΕΦΕΣΙΟΣ ΕΠΟΙΕΙ / Agasias Dositheou Ephesios epoiei (« Agasias, fils de Dosithéos, Éphésien, a fait ») . Marbre du Pentélique, exécuté en Grèce ou en Asie mineure, vers 100 av. J.-C. Découvert avant 1611 à Nettuno (ancienne Antium) dans les ruines de la Villa de Néron.
