В центре геральдического щита изображена в старинном русском наряде молодая женщина, сидящая за прялкой. Поле щита – голубого цвета. Рамка, обрамляющая поле щита, и прялка с гребенкой под кудель – золотого (желтого) цвета. Верхняя часть женской одежды и льняная кудель – серебряного (белого) цвета с линиями рисунка черного цвета. Нижняя часть женской одежды и головной убор – красного цвета с линиями рисунка золотого (желтого) цвета. Лицо и руки – телесного цвета с линиями рисунка золотого (желтого) цвета по контуру силуэта и черного цвета внутри рисунка
