Summary[edit]
DescriptionPrecessionplot.png |
The plot shows the projection of the magnetization of a one-dimensional spin wave onto the interatomic direction as a function of position. The projection onto the magnetic field direction does not vary as a function of position. Equivalently the illustration shows the same projection at a given position as a function of time. The wavelength of the spin wave is eleven times the lattice constant. Created by Alison Chaiken using grace. |
