Summary[edit]

Anemones

Bild: NOAA, [1]

During a dive, the Johnson Sea-Link submersible encountered a "wall" of anemones. Anemones are soft-bodied organisms that attach themselves to a substrate. In order to feed, anemones use their "arms", which encircle their mouth to direct food toward it. They are related to the jellyfish.
