Your licence requires naming the author and the licence. You user text only requires the author's name. In this case, you could directly choose the licence cc-by instead of cc-by-sa. --Martina talk 21:09, 13 June 2012 (UTC)

- Nearly nobody knows what "share-alike" means. I recommend "And a link to the licence Creative Commons by-sa 3.0".
- Maybe you are looking for something like Template:Credit line? You find an image example here - if you scroll down a bit further you see additonally a user template where the correct credit is shown to reusers. The code is in {{NoImageNotes|1=... . --Martina talk 18:37, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
