English: Richard William Duncan Pound, OC, OQ (born March 22, 1942) is a Canadian lawyer, partner of the law firm Stikeman Elliott, the former president of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) based in Montreal, and former chancellor of McGill University. He is a former vice-president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and was a one-time candidate for the presidency of that organization.

März 1942) ist ein kanadischer Jurist, Autor und ehemaliger Vorsitzender der Welt-Anti-Doping-Agentur (WADA), sowie ehemaliger Vizepräsident des Internationalen Olympischen Komitees (IOC). Außerdem war Pound Schwimmer der kanadischen Schwimmauswahl und wurde bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1960 Sechster im 100m Freistil Finale. Zudem war Richard Pound von 1999 bis 2009 Chancellor an der McGill Universität in Montreal
