English: HP-Schalen (German for ‘HP-shells’) are prefabricated concrete elements with the structural system of a shell and often with prestressed concrete. Their surface has mainly the shape of a section of a one-sheet hyperboloid (mainly used as roof element) or sometimes in the shape of a section of a cylinder (mainly used as wall element).
