English: Kaposvár Town Hall. 'Government window' office, mayor's office and general meeting. Based on the plans of György Kopeczek and Róbert Kertész architects from Budapest, it was built in neo-Renaissance style between 1902 and 1904. Its tower is 40 meters high. Listed building. Outside are chief notary Géza Siposs by Katalin Gera (2013 bronze relief on marble plaque), Prince Pál Esterházy von Galátha and Fraknó by Katalin Gera (2004 bronze relief on marble plaque), a bronze plaque to the 300th anniversary of the liberation of Ottoman Empire (1986), a Entente Florale Europe Plaque (2004) and a ~Flowered Hungary competition 'award' plaque (2003), with Kaposvár castle engraving. Its skylight and painted windows made by Miksa Róth (1904) Also inside is a plaque with the names of the homorary citizens. In the staircase is the Squatting Jezus statue (1721 baroque wooden, wayside shrine statue, relocated ofter stolen and found) and also here is the 'Spring' by István Bors (1975 abstract wooden sculpture) - 1 Kossuth (ex Széchenyi) Square /Noszlopy Gábor (ex Erzsébet) Street, Városház Street corner/, Kaposvár, Somogy County, Hungary.
