This image is actually taken from the following article: Smith, A. D., Gilchrist, I. D., Butler, S., Muir, K., Bone, I., Reeves, I., & Harvey, M. (2007). Non-lateralised deficits of drawing production in hemispatial neglect. Brain & Cognition, 64, 150-157.

The drawing was produced by a patient with hemispatial neglect and was prepared for publication by Dr Alastair D. Smith (University of Nottingham). The copyright for this image is owned by Elsevier and it has been reproduced in the following article: Smith, A. D. (2009). On the use of drawing tasks in neuropsychological assessment. Neuropsychology, 23, 231-239.
