| 描述 | The U.S. nuclear-powered guided missile cruiser USS Long Beach (CGN-9) in the Gulf of Tonking, photographed between 24 March and 5 April 1967. The Long Beach was assigned to the PIRAZ (Positive Identification Radar Advisory Zone) station, controlling the flights over North Vietnam. A camouflaged SH-3A of HH-3A Sea King helicopter for combat search and rescue duties (nicknamed "Big Mother") is visible behind the aft Talos-launcher. |
