自己的作品. This construction sheet is not based on government specifications because there is no evidence that any such such specifications exist.

Instead, this sheet is based off the description at Flags of the World (FOTW). Star diameter is assumed to be 9⁄40 of the width of the flag.

Public domain This work was first published in the Central African Republic and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Order No. 85,002 on copyright, enacted 1985 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:
