English: Dr. Luis Alberto de Herrera y Quevedo, was an urugayan lawyer, journalist, history teacher and one of the most important leaders of the National Party (Uruguay) between the years 1920 and 1959.
The Herrera family has a very long lineage of political tradition in uruguayan history. His father Juan José de Herrera was one of the National Party founders.
Español: Dr. Luis Alberto de Herrera y Quevedo, fue un abogado urugayo, periodista, profesor de historia y uno de los más importantes líderes del Partido Nacional (Uruguay) entre los años 1920 y 1959.
La familia Herrera tiene un linaje muy largo de tradición política en la historia uruguaya. Su padre Juan José de Herrera fue uno de los fundadores del Partido Nacional. |
