English: Sign at the Reluctant Fisherman Inn in Cordova, Alaska, lamenting the damage to Cordova's fisheries in the wake of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill. The co-proprietor of the Reluctant Fisherman, Margy Johnson, became a minor celebrity in Alaska during the 1990s due to her outspoken views related to the oil spill and the battle over connecting Cordova by road to the outside world, and later served as mayor of Cordova. |
