From ftp://eclipse.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/isccp/b1/.D2790P/images/1991/288/Img-1991-10-15-00-GOE-7-IR.jpg, this image shows a tropical depression just hours before being upgraded to Tropical Storm Fabian. The storm is in the western Caribbean Sea on October 15, 1991, and would cross over Cuba before losing its tropical characteristics just days later.
