Xiaoxuetang lists this glyph under the kaiOrder for 𦉶. The 甲骨文合集 however uses the character 䀏 (N.B., not the same as 旬; the latter in the OB script resembles a curl without the eye, in the shape of the ð letter). Not all agree that the OB character was related to 蜀.
In the Shang oracle-bones it likely referred to a place name. However it is highly uncertain if the place was the same as the 蜀. --Frigoris (留言) 19:42, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
