Filename seems to not match depicted event

I am not certain of the following, but the filename here seems to imply that the 60th Kikuka Sho took place in the year 1997. It is my belief that this is incorrect, as indicated by the following:

• The racecourse boundary fencing is inscribed with 第60回, meaning "the 60th".
• The list at www.jra.go.jp/datafile/seiseki/g1/kikka/index.html points out that the 60th Kikuka Sho took place in 1999.

Unfortunately I am not proficient in the Japanese language beyond the use of translation tools, so I would welcome if other contributors could verify or dismiss this opinion. If proven correct, it might be advisable to either place a note in the image description pointing out the discrepancy, or to rename the file outright and change the links in the international wikipedia versions where it is used at present.
