The colors and the values from the source don't match. The map is wrong.

Hi, different person here. This map is seriously flawed.
Scroll down to GINI index (World Bank estimate) on this page and download the data: http://datatopics.worldbank.org/world-development-indicators/themes/poverty-and-inequality.html
The map is apparently from 2014, but the map doesn't match up to what the data says for that year-- for example, China's is 39.1, yet is colored as if it's in the 45-50 range. Romania's is 36, yet colored as if it's in the 30-35 range. Japan's most recent data is from 2008, which says 32.1, yet colored as if it's in the 25-30 range. Turkey's is at 41.2, yet placed in the 35-40 range. This also doesn't have a range for below 25, and Ukraine had a 24 indicator in 2014.
