Confirmed cases (daily) doesn't match the cumulative total.

There is a huge jump in the cumulative total, but the daily confirmed cases showed in the graph doesn't reflect this jump. Daily confirmed cases seems to me shifted one day to the right.

And also I think the x-axis dates don't seem to be correct as well, or maybe it's the deaths+recoveries+under_treatment that is not correct. The jump of the cumulative in the graph happens on Feb 12, I do not understand how that is, since the two changes in diagnosis criteria happened on Feb 10 and Feb 16.
