The "tactical marking of the 3rd army corps" is actually the emblem of the 2nd tank battalion "Volga"

You can see patches with the distinct bear paw mark. The last one in particular mentions the "10th tank regiment of the 20th motorized rifle division of the 8th combined arms army of the Southern Military District, which includes the Tver tank battalion "Volga" which I believe is the source of confusion because the 10th tank regiment was assumed to be a part of the 3rd corps so when these units first appeared in late 2022 their marks were falsely identified as the mark of the whole corps. Here you can even see it on the tank on the exact same place where it was first spotted by osinters. The only thing that's bothering me is that this video originates from this telegram channel which appears to be the 10th tank regiment channel and has the same bear paw logo, so there's a chance that this marking belongs to the whole regiment but I couldn't find any more sources for that.
