Where does it say that the image is released under a CC license? The Flickr page says "All rights reserved". --Njardarlogar (talk) 17:18, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

At one point it was listed as Creative Commons on the Flickr page, but apparently they changed their mind. Regardless, licenses cannot be revoked. — Huntster (t @ c) 20:28, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

The people who operate the Flickr account do not necessarily have the authority to license the image. For starters, the OSIRIS team probably holds as much copyright as ESA does. --Njardarlogar (talk) 20:58, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

That may be so, but I see no reason to not believe their authority. If they ask that uploads such as this one be removed (with a valid reason), then we can revisit this issue and will almost certainly honor that request. — Huntster (t @ c) 04:16, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
