emotionalized image for a technical item that should be objectively assessed

This seems an example for a image which alludes to a figure of a man (with the bottom turqouise part relating to the legs and the supporting left/right structure to the arms).
The proportions of the image allow (but do not push the edge) on identification. Note, the hands of the figure can be interpreted either as being in a calming position (palms of one's hands down) or an open (so what?) position (up).
Intended or not - this is an elaborate picture for something that in the interest of the general public should be objectively accessed. --77.1.11.57 21:28, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
