Question on the authorship and source

The photo seems scanned from a physical print as I saw horizontal stripes of darker tones in the whole photo. Could the uploader describe more about taking of the photograph if it is really an own work, or provide any source if accessible online? As I could not find any same with the Google Lens, thus I am not able to point out infringement on the upload of this image.

This is the most professional portrait of a Malaysian politician that I have ever seen. A properly established source can build confidence for anyone to use this file. Ong Kai Jin (對話) 18:37, 9 December 2023 (UTC)
