An anon claims that this building is NOT the courthouse, but rather a church right next to the courthouse. The photo File:Adams PA Courthouse 2.JPG disproves that claim - just look at the lettering right below the gable "Adams County Court House 1858".

I'll remove the claim and response from the photo summary and put it here.

Response to the first claim:

An anon states that THIS IS THE CHURCH NEXT TO THE COURTHOUSE, NOT THE COURTHOUSE", but I don't believe it. This is the same building pictured in the PHMC Nomination Form for the NRHP, there is PHMC marker next to the building giving the history of the county (as with most county courthouses in the state) and there are no church markings, bulletin boards, etc. See the PHMC photo H001252_01B.jpg at their hard-to-use site https://www.dot7.state.pa.us/ce/Project/CustomQueries/Wizard.asp
Then 2 anons add
Attn Everybody: The building pictured here is in fact a Church and not the Courthouse. I've walked past this building hundreds of times. The Courthouse is to the left.

and then

It's a Church. The courthouse is to the left. Check out google street view if you "don't believe it". The building entrance is clearly that of a Church and you can make out "Adams County Courthouse" on the building next to it. The main entrace to the Courthouse is on the side facing the Church. I will take my own (correct) picture next time I am there.

and then

It doesn't matter if you don't believe it. Have you ever actually been there? That's a Church. The Courthouse is to the left, just barely visable in the picture.

I don't know what the game is - but I clearly have been there - I took the photos! And File:Adams PA Courthouse 2.JPG clearly identifies this building as the courthouse. I am fairly familiar with Gettysburg, and please do check out the PHMC site.
