Created: 30 November 1899 - I think there is no doubt that this is not the correct date ;)
Looking for pictures that show the development between 2005/2009 and today (November 2018), will look on Google. However, you have a real date for this picture? I have to check the population growth in the city, really one city with close to 2 million population, maybe even over 2 if you take the whole urban area but almost nobody knows anything about Magadascar or even about Antananarivo. Maybe you have tips how to search here for pictures to make the German Wikipedia article better, this picture looks already newer than 2005 for me, because I think 10 to 16 years old pictures are simply outdated, especially these days where the growth in a decade can be very extreme...
