The page has the statement: "An acre was the amount of land tillable by one man behind one ox in one day." This quoted in the Wikipedia entry on "Acre". But that entry also says, "The acre was approximately the amount of land tillable by a yoke of oxen in one day", i.e. by two oxen. So what is going on?
