Since the licensing state of this file here was not so clear to say the least, i tried to get an official statement from the author - over permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. He sent a permission to my personal mail account. I don't have motivation to pursue him to send it again to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org, but at least document here what i've got so far:--Scanmap (留言) 06:43, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
