Always loved this photo[编辑]

When I worked for the Naval Sea Systems Command, one office had a giant poster of this iconic and dramatic photograph on the wall. Every time I looked at it, I was intrigued by the wake of the ship coming off the bow, showing that the recoil of the guns thrusting the ship to port side. And the ship is tilted over slightly to port also.
