tried to remove noise

I reverted the make believe badge photo that was being displayed. The FBI shield is a woman with a blindfold surrounding her head, and illustrating that "Justice is Blind". The photo being used was incorrect because she had her eyes exposed and wide open. Looked like one of those badge photos you download from China. The badge being displayed now is correct.
