Orange to gold

The official state laws (link 1 and link 2) that adopted the state flag stated that the bottom banner and the sun were to be gold (Ouro means gold in portuguese). Physical state flags for Tocantins also show the flag with a yellowish gold color instead of orange (link 3, link 4, and link 5). Kind of reminds me of this (link 6). As leis oficiais do estado (link 1 e link 2) que adotaram a bandeira do estado declararam que a faixa inferior e o sol deveriam ser dourados. As bandeiras físicas do estado do Tocantins também mostram a bandeira com uma cor dourada amarelada em vez de laranja (link 3, link 4 e link 5). Esse erro me lebra desse artigo (link 6).
