Remove "BANGLADESH" from the center

@আফতাবুজ্জামান, @Nafsadh: The main purpose of this and other versions of this map is to indicate the administrative divisions of Bangladesh. Since this map shows only the areas that is part of Bangladesh and the neighboring territories of India and Myanmar is not included, the large text "BANGLADESH" is unnecessary and distracting (since it's main purpose is to indicate the divisions).
