Suggestions

There are a few minor improvements that I think should be made:

1. "street" and "bridge" should start with a capital letter
2. "on an outcome on April, 28th" should be either "at the end of April 28" or simply "end of April 28" (28 April if you are aiming for British English), and similarly for the other "outcome" lines
3. "in the morning on April, 29th" should be "in the morning on April 29" or simply "morning of April 29", and similarly elsewhere
4. "Abbreviation" should be "Abbreviations"

Then there are a few more things that are not wrong, but strike me as odd or unclear. These are optional:

1. It would be clearer to label the river "River Spree", since spree is also an English word
2. The dot in the heading after Reichstag seems foreign to me. I would use a colon : or a dash —.
3. "Designated by figures" is perfectly clear, but doesn't seem fluent. "Number key" is one alternative.
4. "building" could be dropped from the Ministry of the Interior and Swiss Embassy names
5. "Position of the Soviet armies" is correct, but seems a little wordy here. "Soviet army positions" seems more direct.
