Not a PD image[编辑]
The modern notations stem from the original source (apparently not added by the uploader). This means this is a derived work, and not in the public domain. I think it would be easy enough to fix the problem by getting the original out of the djvu volume which is in Commons and uploading that, but at that point the first image should be deleted. The annotations seem to have gotten more elaborate at the source since this file was uploaded. Another solution would be to get the permission of the copyright holder, which may be a possibility since it doesn't include the newer annotations, and would provide some publicity for the holder's page.
