Delete?

The permission criteria do not seem genuine here. The photograph does reach the Swedish threshold of originality (SFS 1960:729, § 49a), and it was not published anonymously (SFS 1960:729, § 44). I am suggesting it be nominated for deletion so that these 2 problems can be discussed. SergeWoodzing (留言) 13:14, 5 April 2024 (UTC)

• The only credit is to Riksantikvarieämbetet (an institution, not a person) so that is pretty much anonymous. Since no death date would be involved, the term is only 70 years from publication, not 70 p.m.a. (after all, whose death would we count from?). @SergeWoodzing: Then it might be a problem through 2031, and you should nominate it for deletion. U.S. copyright won't be an issue, because we are past 95 years from publication. - Jmabel ! talk 16:52, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
