Currently is says:
English: or a terrace in base wavy vert two bars wavy argent overall an oak tree eradicated of the second fructed of seven of the field a chief gules three roses argent
Français : d'or, à la champagne ondée de sinople, chargée de deux jumelles aussi ondées d'argent ; au chêne arraché de sinople, mouvant de la champagne, chargé de sept glands d'or ; au chef de gueules chargé de trois roses d'argent

It looks as though the English translation was made by an unsupervised program, and is wrong in many places:

champagne = field
gland = acorn
arracher = to tear

The heraldic colours used here are:
or = gold metal (i.e. yellow)
argent = silver metal (i.e. white)
sinople = green
gueules = red

So, literally translating the french (which I presume was the actual source), it says:
The shield background of gold, a wavy green field with two silver bars - also wavy; the unrooted green oak tree, on the field, with seven golden acorns; a red top with 3 silver roses — 以上未签名的留言是由该用户加入的: RvH50 (留言 • 贡献) 21:41, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[回复]
