I'm not familiar with North American dragonflies, but it seems to look like a male specimen of the Common or Eastern Pondhawk, Erythemis simplicicollis — or at least a closely related species. Compare e. g. this picture. (Females look very different, so don't be confused!) Perhaps you can find out more and confirm this proposal on your own. -- Fice 16:54, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[回复]
