Status in Spain

I think the status of Spain is incorrect; according to a 2013 Supreme Court ruling[1] which overturned a ban in Lleida on the principle that "municipalities [have] no competence over regulations concerning fundamental rights and that the only constitutional tools able to do so [are] national laws."[2] Per the source, at least five other municipalities had bans at the time, but I haven't been able to find any updates since 2013 (at least in English), which leads me to believe there are no bans whatsoever as of 2024.
