Color shade needs to be readjusted.

This map is long overdue for a color scale readjustment to account for the higher total case count.

All but one state are now graded in either the 1000-9999 or >10,000 level, with five states under the >10,000 level already clocking at 2-10 times the maximum 10,000 case limit (Selangor has 126,000 cases now).
