This video uses the term "Case fatality rate" inaccurately, according to w:Case fatality rate. Case fatality rate is the number of attributed fatalities divided by the number of diagnosed infected people. This video is instead describing the "Infection fatality rate", the number of actual fatalities divided by the number of people actually infected. This is an important distinction, especially at a time when Donald Trump is making wild claims based on conflating case fatality rates with other measures such as mortality rate, and when case fatality rate is so influenced by insufficient testing. This video is misleading, for anyone wanting an accurate understanding of CFR, and should be corrected. Fuzzypeg (留言) 00:05, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[回覆]

@Fuzzypeg: There is now a new version of the video at https://vimeo.com/396866214, with new text around 2:20 - 3 min to address this issue. Can you take another look? I am looking into getting the new file on Commons. -- Daniel Mietchen (talk) 23:00, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[回覆]
